Although Cricket always had a connection with glamour ... look at how many cricketers have actually married film actesses and how many had affairs. but the new leaf that is turning these days ..... it it going to change this sport forever. What do you think ?
Cheerleaders in their tiny miny dresses, trying to get the attention. (They don't have to try .... just the work cheerleaders is enough). Does this sport really need that kind of detail ?
All the film actors trying different stunts and pulling things out of their slieves to make it more interesting for audience. It is like a whole new war on totally different front.
In indian 20-20 matches, You saw Akshay doing strange antics. Rahul and Puryanak Gandhi watching the match. People going crazy to see the whole circus.
One ask a question..... is it the sport that people are interested in or the circus that goes on with it ?

I think this is professionalism ....... with time things have to change or otherwise it will become stale.
I think more and more people are interested in sport now. It was getting boring before. Now the interest is back thanks to the effort of ShahRukh and Preity. They really like cricket ..... don't they.

Are you crazy ? what type of cricket were you watching before. If pakistan wasn't winning that doesn't mean it was getting boring. It was perfectly fine. We don't need all that extra glamour and fazooliat. I can't even share the game with my family anymore and i am so angry because of that.
It is not clean any more.

I don't think there is any danger becuase of that!
That is part of the qanoon now. The activities depend on the country the cricket is hosted in but i must say that it does put a pressure on other countries to come up with similar events.
I don't know what pakistan can come up with. Reema's dance ? Nirma ? Nurgis ?

Possibilities are endless. .... may be we shoud open a poll for that ?

Kulfi ... I am just saying .... with time you have to change and if you don't adopt with time you perish. Look at history .... so many things that used to be big but not anymore. Hockey was good long time ago and it was national game. but .....
